Hi..
It's been a long long time I didn't update this blog. I just casually opened old files, accidentally I found an old blog that had never been updated. Noted that the first post November 25, 2008, then the last post was on May 1, 2013. Well.. well.. such a really long vacuum, wright? :).

That's why from now on, i promise will keep update this blog.

Ok, this time i just want to share about a new Diet which is hot recently. That was called: Ketogenic. What is it?

The ketogenic diet is a low-carbohydrate and high-fat diet that has a lot in common with the Atkins and low-carbohydrate diets.

This involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This carbohydrate reduction puts your body in a metabolic state called ketosis.


When this happens, your body becomes very efficient at burning fat for energy. It also converts fat into ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain.

The ketogenic diet can cause a large decrease in sugar and insulin levels. This, along with an increase in ketones, has many health benefits.


BTW, I've done this for about 2 years till now. And it works! ..I lost around 22 kg. Yeay ...
That's why I'll keep this lifestyle forever.
